Step I. 

    All of these properties are clearly described and selected.  They are priced at or well below current discounted rates for any of the hotels along Da Dong Hai.  Do your diligence, check the web, call the hotels, get your best hotel room rates and compare.

Step II.

     Payment terms are simple. 

a. Hotel - If you are booking one of the hotel properties, we will confirm your reservation and you will pay as normal at the hotel. 

b. Apartment – If you are booking one of the private apartments, you must pay the full amount in advance, plus a 100% refundable security/damages deposit of 100rmb per day.

    Holiday Season Rates

    During the major holiday weeks in Da Dong Hai,  hotel rooms are usually 100% occupied at 1000 to 1500 rmb per night.  There’s not much we can do to improve the situation.  We offer specific special rates which are discounted compared to hotel room rates along Da Dong Hia

    Rui Hai Tower A 7^th floor – 135 sq meter 3 bedroom.  Brand new, modern, full-furnished.  15,000rmb per week minimum.

    Lan Hai Garden – 8^th floor – 71sq meter 1 bedroom. Brand new, modern, fully furnished. 8000rmb per week minimum. 

    Nan Feng Seaside Guest Resort – Rui Hai Tower B 9^th floor.  Rates are about 20%-30%  lower compared to the main Da Dong Hai hotels.  Inquire for a  current quote and availability.
